Lauren Nicole Coppin-Campbell: I’m always evolving and reinventing my style! I’m a lover of fun, fashion-forward trends combined with vintage pieces and key basics. I’ve learned to build and set my outfits with accessories; bags, shoes, jewelry, hair ties … If they’re bold and bright, they’re me!
WYV: What inspired your blog?
LNCC: At 12 I was innocent and, dare I say, in awe of, Perez Hilton. His salacious and opinionated views of celebrities created my desire to discuss and share positive views and likes with an audience just like me. By the age of 14 my interests were firmly in celebrity lifestyles, fashion and style, so I decided to create a platform with the mission to inspire up-to-the-minute looks and trends — as well as to socially engage and inspire women online.

After a year of blogging, I became infatuated with Nadia Aboulhosn’s career as a blogger and curve model. It was only then that I started thinking about a possible career in modelling. Nadia has created a brand that is raw and authentic, where you feel like you can not only relate to her, but you are also one of her friends. I wanted to create that for other girls; even if that means I only inspire one girl to believe in herself and begin her journey of self love — I am still going through it.
Style and fashion isn’t just about keeping up with the trends or looking good to fit it; its about feeling confident, beautiful, empowered and liberated!

LNCC: Solange Knowles’ fearless and unapologetic style inspires me to add more color to my wardrobe. She slays effortless style with uniqueness. Ashley Graham’s model off-duty style is everything! She’s a complete bombshell. Gabi Fresh is the ultimate plus size princess. I love her style, love for color and choice of accentuating pieces.

LNCC: Zara, Zara, Zara, Zara. But my basics are H&M! And of course, One One Three!

LNCC: I wear my voice by dressing boldly and brightly. My style is a reflection of how I feel and what I love. My style is ever changing, and empowers me!
